Lupe and Juan kidney transplant

Lupe has been my hardworking housecleaner for the last 18 years. She has been  an amazing helper, with a smile on her face, tackling the highs and lows that come with life. Three years ago, her previously healthy teenage son Juan, was diagnosed with total kidney failure. This meant being on dialysis for over 3 years while waiting for a transplant.  After a lengthy wait with no donors in sight,  Lupe has decided to donate her kidney to Juan. The surgery is scheduled in a month's time. While some of the expenses will be covered by MediCal, Juan, who is a construction worker and Lupe will need approximately 2 months to recover. Gabriela Jessica Hernandez, Lupe's sister in-law, is managing the funds for the surgery. I  am hoping to raise enough money, so they can pay their medical expenses  and recover from the surgery.
