Luna's recovery from hip surgery

Hi, this is Jonathan. We adopted Luna on March 2. 2023 from I Stand With My Pack and we love her so much. She got hit by a car last week and had surgery yesterday and is now home with Michelle and I. Michelle broke her leg in July and still cannot walk so I'm a full time caregiver and neither of us are able to work right now. The hospital fees so far have been 15,000 dollars and wiped out our savings and credit cards. If you can help in anyway we would be super grateful
