Lung transplant testing fund

I need a double lung transplant because I have a chronic lung disease and it’s getting worse so Its medically necessary to get it done so that I can continue to live. I have a 6 yr old daughter and I am the only parent she has and has had since birth. I need to continue live so that I can be there for her as well as the other people who count on me. The process starts with 5 days of extensive testing to be put on the lung transplant list. There are other expenses as well that insurance won’t cover. I live on a fixed income so I am unable to cover this by myself. I know money is tight for most but please help me live.
