Lunches for Clinicians - NYC

COVID-19 has upended all of our lives in unimaginable ways, but we remain hopeful because of the heroes on the front lines who continue to work every day — the doctors, nurses, clinical and ancillary support staff caring for patients and assisting with hospital operations. In addition, New York restaurants and small businesses are facing mandated closures, requiring their operations to close or adjust to curbside pickup/delivery in order to keep business afloat. Our community partners are struggling and our healthcare workers are faced with high stress and low morale.

This way we want to come together. One community. One mission. One purpose.  We want to work with local restaurants and businesses to provide nourishment in the form of meals, coffee or services to lift the spirits of those working tirelessly save lives during this pandemic.

We'd love your help in reaching our goal of $5,000 over the next 30 days. How far can we go with $5,000?

---8,000 lbs of bananas

All funds raised will go towards supporting our small businesses and healthcare workers in the Manhattan and Queens metropolitan areas.

Lunches for Clinicians-New York was created as an extension of the Denver based Lunches for Clinicians movement. We connected with the successful Denver team, received unbelievable support and have worked to tailor our approach to best meet the needs of our community.
