Luna's FIP Fight
Donation protected
Hi everyone! We adopted Luna just under two months ago. She is the most loving, precious 4 months old kitten. This week, our sweet Luna was diagnosed with FIP, Feline Infectious Peritonitis. We are devastated to find out she has FIP as it is considered an incurable and fatal disease. We learned that lots of cats have a coronavirus, but when it mutates and attacks the white blood cells, it becomes FIP and deadly. This illness acts fast and comes out of nowhere, so we want to get her started on treatment ASAP. Otherwise, without the treatment, she only has a few weeks left.
Even though FIP is considered to be a fatal disease, there is a treatment that requires a big commitment of having to inject shots twice a day for 84 consecutive days. The treatment has a 90% success rate, but it isn't FDA Approved and is very costly. We're determined to give Luna the chance at life she deserves so we want to start this treatment immediately! She's so little and young to die.
All funds will go to the cost of the treatment. If there’s any money left, we will donate it to help other cats with FIP/FIP research! Please help us save our baby. Any amount helps and is greatly appreciated.
