Regardless of who I am to you, I know who I am to me, and that's why I know I need this surgery.

I'm on an NHS waitlist (who isn't amiright) which currently stands at 7 years from GP referral to first appointment at the Gender Identity Clinic. I'm one of the lucky ones, I've survived that first wait, I've had that first (and second) appointment with the GIC, and I've got my surgical reccomendation letter. My reward? Being placed on a different seemingly endless waitlist.

I don't need to explain to you how cruel this is, or even why I'm getting bottom surgery, because I know you will believe me when I say:

I need this

I cannot wait any longer

I need your help

I'm going to keep saving as much as I can, but surgery, travel, and accommodation costs are mad expensive (£20k of mad expensive) so here I am asking for your financial support.
