Hi, my name is Olivia and I’m fundraising for my 2-year-old Springer Spaniel, Luna. Many of you may recognise her from Facebook after she went missing overnight in the freezing cold following a seizure. Thanks to the incredible support from our community, she was found safely - something I will always be grateful for.
Luna recently began having sudden and unexplained seizures. After multiple vet visits and an emergency appointment, we’ve been advised that she urgently needs a CT scan. This is the only way to find out what’s causing her seizures so we can start proper treatment and give her the best chance at a healthy future.
Luna means everything to us, and her two sisters have been missing her terribly. They’ve had to be separated for safety reasons while we try to figure out what’s going on, and they’re confused and unsettled without her. All they want is their sister home, healthy, and back to playing with them again.
The cost of the CT scan could be up to £4,000, which is far more than what our insurance can cover. Every penny raised will go directly towards Luna’s CT scan, further tests, and any treatment she may need afterwards. We just want to get our girl the care she needs as soon as possible before things get worse.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read our story and for any support you’re able to give - even sharing helps more than you know. ❤️
