Hi everyone,

Our cat, Luna, was recently taken to the emergency vets after becoming very unwell. After tests and scans, the vets found that she has large gallstones that were causing an obstruction and will need to get her gallbladder removed in the next few weeks.

The treatment and surgery are expected to cost over £11,000, which is far more than we can manage on our own. We're doing everything we can to cover the costs, but I need some help to make sure Luna gets the care she needs.

Luna is our baby and its heartbreaking seeing her not herself. She's made such great progress already on her meds and will hopefully be ready for surgery soon.

Luna is being treated at Bridge Referrals in Boldon and they have been so amazing, we are so lucky to have such an amazing specialist vets so close to us.
