Help Luna Get the Veterinary Care She Desperately Needs

Hi, my name is Nate, and I’m fundraising for my dog Luna’s medical expenses. Luna is not just my pet—she’s my best friend, my family, and my whole world. We've been inseparable since she was just 8 weeks old. She’s now six years old and still full of energy, always ready for a game of tug or a run through the woods (where she’s convinced she can outrun the rabbits!).

Unfortunately, life has thrown us more than our fair share of challenges recently. We lost Luna’s sister, Meka, at the end of May after a sudden illness (Neuropathy). Shortly after, I ended up in the hospital for several days and had to undergo surgery. Then my car broke down, adding more stress and unexpected costs. It’s been overwhelming—physically, emotionally, and financially.

Now, Luna needs medical care that I can no longer afford on my own. She has recently started experiencing frequent nosebleeds, and after some initial bloodwork, her vet has recommended more in-depth testing and treatment. So far, her basic tests have come back normal, but more advanced tests are needed to get to the root of the issue.

Next steps include:

A rhinoscopy (a procedure under anesthesia to examine her nasal passages)

A full dental examination and cleaning (also under anesthesia), which may include tooth extractions

Additional blood tests to monitor any changes

These procedures are essential for her health but are very expensive. After the emotional toll of the past few months, I now find myself financially overwhelmed and unable to cover the cost of Luna’s care on my own.

Luna has always been there for me—through every high and low. Now, she needs me, and I want to do everything I can to be there for her. Your donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward helping her get the medical attention she needs.
