Hi my name is Sam. I just had a lumpectomy. Unfortunately I ended up with a staph/ cellulitis infection that put me in the hospital for six days. The infection made my wound open up, I’m having to have my wound taken care of by home health and a wound care center. And seeing my surgeon. I’m not able to go back to work until it’s healed up. This could mean a few months. We work hard but live paycheck to paycheck. Besides my health expenses and monthly bills we are doing our best to help my daughter get her tuition paid. She has one semester left to cover and I don’t want to let her down. I’m hoping to heal up quickly so I can get back to work and so I’ll be able to take care of my grandson too.
