The sun is finally came out today in rainy Seattle, as an angel got her wings... our Mami, Luminita Petru.
Mami, how do we say goodbye to you forever? How do we thank you for everything you have taught us? How do we thank you for for everything you have done for us? I am so angry that lung cancer robbed you of your life. You were so young, vibrant, kind, caring, compassion, beautiful, funny, smart and loving. Best mom ever!!! We are so lucky that you were our Mami and we received your unconditional love our entire lives. We know you will continue to look over us and guide us and love us .
You suffured your entire life coming to this country as an immigrant, you gave up your life and sacrificed so much for us three girls. You had so little and gave so much. I am so sorry you also had suffered these last two month with the all of a sudden brutal diagnoises and prognoises of lung cancer. Its not fair.
But Mami, somehow you were still positive, optimistic and kind to the harsh world. Please know that your life had so much purpose and your warmth touched everyone that you came across. Mami we will carry on your legacy through generations to come. We love you our Mami, our dancer, our beauty! We wish we could hear your voice just one more time, we wish we could hug you just one more time, we wish we could see that smile of yours just one more time. We had so many things we all wanted to do together, we cant wait to see you again our Mami. We are who we are today because you loved us. We will always be with you Mami, you will never be alone!!!
