On the 30th June we are hosting a Luminarium Charity Garden Party in Gex (220 Avenue Perdtemps) to raise funds for three amazing charities ASK, Aquaverde and CATS.
ASK(All Special Kids) is a charity dedicated to supporting families with children with special needs. It offers camps, support groups, counselling and education. www.ask.org
Aquaverde is a charity dedicated to supporting the indigenous people of the Amazon and their efforts to protect the Amazon forest. Aquaverde has a particularly close partnership with the Surui tribe and their leader Almir Narayamoga .www.aquaverde.org
CATS ( Children as Actors in Transforming Society ) is project dedicated to giving children a voice and making sure they are heard. In 2018 CATS will have conference focusing on the critical topic of violence against children. CATS is a partner project between The Learning For Wellbeing Foundation, Initiatives of Change (IoC) Switzerland and IoC France . www.caux.ch/CATS
