3. Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for: Friend of Arbenita Rexhepi and her fiancee Agron Duga. Arbenita is a relative of the family who needed the funds. The family lives in Kosovo. Most of the funds were donated by other relatives and friends of this family. Arbenita's email was provided to collect to funds and distribute to the family.
4. How the funds will be used (be specific as possible)? The funds will go to the family of the now deceased Lulzim Avdyli. He is survived by his wife and four children.
