Luke and Jake were due on August 17, 2012. They arrived on May 25, 2012, 3 months early.  They spent 68 days in the NICU and combined have had 3 brain surgeries and 3 eye surgeries. These two tiny miracles have beat the odds but their struggles live on. 

Fast forward to today, Luke has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, which prevents him from walking on his own. Both boys go to physical and occupational therapy twice a week and have recurring MRIs and eye appointments. All this comes at a cost.
