On the 14th of April I shall be running the Brighton marathon in order to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, who provide vital support for current cancer sufferers as well as excellent after care for cancer survivors. 

I was made aware of the charity during my mother’s recent bout with stage 4 ovarian cancer,  the nurses and staff that looked after mum at the UCLH Macmillan Cancer Centre were incredible. I am sure without their adept care as well as first rate efforts of the UCLH NHS doctors and staff, that my mum wouldn't have made such a successful recovery as she has. 

Macmillan does a lot more than just helping with health issues however, i know that mum benefited massively from the yoga, creative writing courses, support classes, as well as the wig salon and scarf tying lessons that Macmillan run. 

I shall be personally donating 15% of the total, in addition to the total raised through go fund me, for example if we get to £500 i shall add £75 in addition to this. The more you give the more I give!
