Luke Skywalker Pup

My name is John, I have a Shiba Inu named Luke Skywalker, he has a very rare condition where he leaks chylic fluid into his lungs, it's been going on for two years where two years ago when I was in NC they told me just to put him down and he only had twi weeks left. I didn't listen and went for other opinions, needless to say I found Luke a g good doctor in NY and he's been getting drained and chest tapped for two years and it's time for surgery and my family and I have spent over 15000 already keeping him alive and well, the surgery is 13000 on a high and we've come up with 7000 and I'm trying any resource I can think of to try and help my pup, he's 5 and he's like my son, I don't view him as a dog, please help me help my son if you can. Please.

Update: The Vet Surgeon was nice enough to take the 7000 down for surgery which was successful. Still leaving the remainder which I'm not sure how long they are expecting us to pay it in.  I'm just being honest and transparent.  

Luke is doing extremely well and we're all awaiting his release into our care.

Update 2: Luke is almost back with family and the remaining amount is thankfully only 2000. Thank you everyone who had already helped and all that continue.  God Bless
