Luke Gardner & Kate Abrahamson

Hi, my name is Melody and I am fund raising for a kiddo that I've known since his birth.

Luke & Kate have been evacuated from Jasper, Alberta. Like so many Jasper Evacuees, they are lucky to have made it out safely on  Monday, July 22, 2024.

It was a surreal experience. Unfortunately, they have now received confirmation that their home was destroyed and all of their belongings lost. When they were evacuated, they grabbed essentials only — just what could fit in Luke’s car for them and their roommate.

Now safely in BC, the uncertainty of their future is overwhelming. They are very grateful for family & friends reaching out to help. 

As  long time family friends, we have had so many people asking us what they can do to help. And here we are starting this fund to help them get back on their feet. It will support them during this transition time of finding a new home, work & community.
