Luke Decarne

Hi, my name is Hayden Chapman and am raising funds for a great mate Luke Decarne.

Following an on-field incident, Luke sustained serious facial injuries—including a shattered orbital wall (eye socket), multiple upper jaw fractures, and a broken nose. He underwent surgery where two plates were inserted: one to rebuild the floor of his eye socket and another, secured with screws, to support his cheekbone. His recovery will take around 8 weeks, including a month on soft foods.

All of this has come at a time when life was meant to be filled with excitement and anticipation for Luke and his partner, Rohannah, as they are expecting their first child on June 6th.

As you can imagine, the impact on Luke and his little family has been overwhelming. We’re raising funds to help cover unexpected medical costs and to ease the financial pressure during Luke’s recovery and Rohannah’s final weeks of pregnancy.
