My family has received devastating life shattering news on 8/24/22. We went into a regular check up and was sent promptly to childrens hospital in los Angeles. With no clear reason as whats going on we just drove straight here. They did blood work and found blasts in his blood and that it was looking towards leukemia. After waiting seems forever we got the actual confirmation that is was indeed B-ALL (B- Acute lymphoblastic leukemia). Lukas is 2 1/2 years old full of life and energy and a real fighter we know with prayers and support from our friends and family and our community we will beat cancer. If you can please donate anything really helps. I got off work to stay constantly with him in the hospital and herdy is taking time off work to support me and lukas. Currently parking is $10 a day and driving back and forth to check on or other children is adding up. With all this new things happening we cannot foresee our future so anything helps to help us make sure were here for our babyboy.
