Help Lukas fight with stage 4 melanoma cancer

Hi my name is Justyna and I am asking for help for my beloved husband Łukasz = Lukas.

Lukas and I moved to Ireland many years ago (Lukas 20 years , myself 17 years)

We meet 12 years ago, started our family, we have one child, Matthew will be turning 8 in December 2024.

Lukasz has been fighting with melanoma for the past 10 years ( diagnosed December 2013) Over the years we had many ups and down, battles with spreads, surgeries and radiation.

We tried immunosuppressants which only helped for 1 year. Lukas takes oral chemotherapy tablets since 2018 which help control the disease in his body but not in the brain.

Lukas is fighting with a spread in his brain since 2022, that slowly and truly takes him away from us.

Lukas was a professional driver, working for the same company for over 17 years.

Lukas had a bran surgery, fallowed by extensive radiation in July/ September 2023.

Lukas suffers from epilepsy and had a bleeding in the brain after the above treatment.

Unfortunately, this year cancer came back stronger than ever.

Lukas started bleeding in the brain again leaving him unable to function ( he has severe left side body weakness - the tumour is on the right side of the brain)

Lukas is now recovering from another brain operation preformed 05/06/2024 in Beamont Hospital, in which Lukas remains at the moment.

The cancer is very aggressive, there is no further treatment options available for him.

There will be no more further radiation/surgery or medication..

I am asking for financial support to allow us to try alternative therapies, hopefully we can improve his quality of life.

Modern medicine has no more to offer and we are not ready to give up, we need more time together !
