Luiza and her family need your help

Last year, Luiza our mum, had what was considered a fibroid which turned out to be a rare cancer called leiomyosarcoma. She had a hysterectomy to remove it. A year later we have now received the news the the cancer has aggressively spread in a short time to her liver and right lung and she is suddenly at a very advanced stage of cancer.

At the moment we are looking into all available treatment protocols, and we are determined to make the best of this situation, including getting a small companion dog to keep mum company, as at the moment she lives alone on the south coast of NSW.

Mum has for some time been struggling to make ends meet financially and we need to help relieve this stress.
We will keep updating on the situation and what is needed, but for now mum needs financial stability and her children to be with her.

We're asking for donations to help with:

- Financial stresses
- A companion dog
- Travel expenses to and from Sydney for appointments and possible treatment
- Alternative and complimentary therapies that are not covered by medicare

As we learn more about her condition and possible treatments we will keep you updated, but for now the best kind of help we can get is financial. This will help to relieve stresses and provide us with more treatment options.
