Luis "Pollo" Hernandez baby-Footie Mob fundraiser

Hi, my name is Stephanie Gordon, MD, and I have been in Footie Mob since the first year. I am also a physician and a mommy of a NICU baby graduate. My daughter, Ella, spent long weeks in the ICU after a premature birth. The NICU is scary and expensive but saves babies every day. Luis just had a son, Massimo, and he is beautiful, but experiencing some health problems associated with his Down syndrome diagnosis. This was unexpected, and the family is doing well, but will now have to cope with the financial burden of an extended and expensive hospital stay. With Luis's permission, I have started this fund to help mommy Melissa and papa Luis offset the high deductibles and out-of-pocket costs they will incur as Massimo gets stronger each day.
