Luis' tools & livelihood were stolen! Can u help?

As most of you know, Luis and I worked together in Plum & Son for 3 years. When I moved along into a whole other industry, Luis continued to make high quality furniture and carpentry on his own. At first he borrowed my tools and slowly with each job, he put money aside and started amassing his own extensive power tool collection. 

Last month, some burglars broke into the warehouse next to Luis' shop and when they found nothing they wanted, they discovered Luis' small shop next door. They peeked in through the tiny perforations and noticed some really nice tools. (It's true, he and I like the nice high quality tools that work the best!) They couldn't get in through the steel bolted door, so they scaled the wall up to the roof, where they cut a hole, dropped in, and opened the door from the inside. 

They then proceeded to CLEAN OUT Luis' shop. Every Festool, every power tool, everything he had worked for for the last 6 years got taken away in one night.
