It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden passing of Luis Ruiz. Luis unexpectedly passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 59, due to natural causes.  Death is never easy to process and Luis’s passing is even more difficult to process since he was so active and full of life. 

Those who knew Luis best knew that his energy and passion for life were non-stop. He was always up for an adventure, whether it was going on family camping trips, dirt bike riding, working on cars, and of course going fishing with the boys. Everyone that knew Luis would agree that he was always there to lend a helping hand to others.  

We will all greatly miss Luis and the role he played in our lives. Of his many roles, none were as important to him as being a loving husband to his wife Paty, Dad to his two sons Danny and Cesar, and Grandpa to his five grandkids, Franky, Danny, Robert, Nathan and Nathalia.  



Luis met Paty during her sophomore year in high school.  And the two were together ever since. Luis’s family has always been his top priority. His boys were the center of his universe. He was a devoted husband, an incredible father, and a hands-on grandfather. 

With Luis’s shocking and unexpected passing, his family now has the difficult task of keeping things in order as they navigate this new reality.  As you can imagine, Luis’s family is grieving right now at this unthinkable loss. Though we are unable to relieve Luis's family of their tragic loss, we can come together and help support them financially during this difficult time.  We are asking for your help to support Paty, Danny, and Cesar as they navigate this unbearable loss and grief.
