Hello all.  My name is Diomar Deocares.  It is with a heavy heart that I am creating this fund for my brother, Luis M Deocares.  Luis has been diagnosed with stage 4 Glioblastoma brain cancer.  It has been a tough road for our family over the past 4 months as doctors struggled to diagnose his condition.  We have been informed that he has only weeks left, and our family has decided that time would be best spent in the Philippines with his wife and son.  This fund is to help get him home and help with the medical expenses that are being incurred.  Your help and prayers are greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
