LUIS HIDALGO Luis Hidalgo, 35, was a father of three who passed away Friday April 3rd, 2020 in the alley behind his home while his family waited for his return from the gas station. His passing came as a devastating shock to family and friends who knew the lively man he was. Currently, the family is facing the financial challenge of covering funeral expenses which are $4,800.
