Luis' Fight Against Cancer!

As many of you may or may not know, I have been diagnosed with Cancer.
It all began at work on August 18, 2017 when I felt a sudden feeling of severe pain and discomfort. I had to leave work and was taken to urgent care. There is where I found out that I had a tumor growing inside of me and my doctor informed me that it needed to be taken out immediately.
Surgery was done the following week to have the tumor taken out. Although the surgery was successful, further testing showed I still had tumor markers in my blood.
After having several MRIs, CT-scans, and blood tests, my doctor informed me that my results indicated I had cancer.
I now have cancer in my lymph nodes located in my back and must start chemotherapy on October 30, 2017. My chemotherapy will occur in cycles for several months and will consist of Cisplatin, Bleomycin, and Etoposide.
Because of the drug, dose, and length of my treatment, I am at a very high risk of infertility and have been recommended by my doctor to go to a sperm bank facility.
Everything occurring in my life has been extremely fast-paced and short of notice. That is why I am here seeking for help. I have exhausted my sick & vacation days at work and won't be working until my first cycles of chemotherapy is over, which would hopefully be in the year of 2018.
Your contributions would include costs of this entire process in my life including the sperm bank, medical costs, and help while I'm off work.
