Luis Fernando Solis was an excellent chef and restaurateur, a father, and a good friend. He was well known around Troncones and the whole Zihuatanejo area, and well loved. His restaurant, Las Brisas en Las Rocas, was gaining a widespread reputation for its fine food and service, and the popular Wednesday evening concerts. He will be missed by many.
Las Rocas, and Troncones, won't be the same without him, but our hearts go out to his family especially.
His sudden loss has created hardship for his young family, especially during such an already difficult time as this terrible year. We would like to relieve their burden as much as we can in whatever way we can.
