Dear Friends, Family, and Community Members,
My name is Luis Artiz, and I am a dedicated BSA Scout working towards achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. As part of this journey, I am working on a project that aims to make a positive impact on the community. I am seeking your support to raise $3,000 to bring this project to life.
About My Eagle Scout Project:
I chose Saint Robert Bellarmine (SRB) Elementary School in Burbank as the beneficiary of my Eagle Project. SRB is my alma mater, and they have meant so much to me and my family. The project is to add much needed sun shading for the kindergarten playground, to build a chest for the kids’ toys, and to power clean the playground area.
The project will include the following:
- Buying and installing the sail shades
- Buying and installing a toy chest to help with kindergarten activity organization
- Power-washing the playground!
This project requires substantial resources, especially the sail shades. The $3,000 we aim to raise will cover the costs of:
- The sail shades and associated hardware (posts, wall mounts, and anchors)
- Toy chest
- Tools needed, concrete drill bits and cleaning supplies
- Providing refreshments for volunteers on the project day
