On Sunday 8/30/2020 while going on a ride through Lyons valley in Jamul California, Luis lost control of his bike and went over an embankment. Resulting in life threatening injuries. I performed CPR on Luis until medical professionals arrived but were unable to save his life. Luis was a great man. A kind of friend we all we’re blessed to have. He was weeks away from his 7 year journey of being an American citizen. He leaves behind a family of 3 children and countless loving friends.  I’m truly heart broken of this tragedy .
