On February 18, 2021 we lost a very special person. My father, Luis Cortez, was always the kind of person ready to give a helping hand to others in whatever way he could. He had a  strong personality but brought joy, laughter and love to those that got to know him. He loved his family, his country, El Salvador, and all his people there and here. And we can't forget his love for soccer and his soccer friends.  His loved ones are left broken hearted but will always carry on his memory!

This go fund me was created to assist the family with funeral expenses. Please know we are truly greatly for every and any contribution. 


 El 18 de febrero perdimos a una persona muy especial.  Mi papá, Luis Cortez, siempre fue una  persona dispuesta para ayudar a los de más de cualquier manera que pudiera.  Tenía una personalidad fuerte, pero transmitía alegría, risas y amor a los que lo conocían. Amaba a su familia, su país, El Salvador, y a toda su gente alla y aquí.  No olvidar su amor por el fútbol y sus amigos del fútbol. Sus seres queridos quedan con el corazón partido pero cargaran su memoria para siempre!
