Luigi With dog Bites

His name is Luigi was attacked by one of other dogs. He was my late wife’s puppy. He’s been with us for 10 years. He’s a cheweenie and is perfect puppy . The vet wants 2100 dollars which I put on my Credit Card I don’t know if I can afford the payments I’m on a fixed income any amount would be helpful
