Hi, my name is Will and I am a member of the Tour Choir of The Cincinnati Boychoir.  I have always loved singing!  My mom has videos of me belting out Twinkle Twinkle Little Star when I was two years old.  When I was five, I begged her to teach me the words to Elton John's Crocodile Rock and Benny and the Jets.  I sang along whenever I heard these songs on the radio.  In third grade my music teacher recommeded that I audition for the Cincinnati Boychoir as she could tell I loved music.  Well, long story short, I made it and now I am in my fourth year with the Choir, my second in the Tour Choir.  It's a big committment, but I love it!

This is the Boychoir's 50th year anniversary and to celebrate they are going all out.  The Tour Choir will be traveling to Australia for two weeks in July 2015.  I can't wait to go and see the Sydney Opera house, sing with my peers from down under and hopefully make some lifelong friends.  I'm also very lucky as my mom is a Choir Parent this year, volunteering her time each week supervising over forty boys at rehearsals, concerts and retreats.  She will be going on the tour with us!

As you can imagine, the expense for one of us to go to Australia for two weeks is a lot of money.  For two of us, it's almost out of reach.  As a single parent, my mom is doing everything she can to get us there, no matter what.  I have cut grass, watched my neighbor's cat and done small jobs to help raise money for the trip as well.

Now I'm asking for your help.  If you or anyone you know would like to help me and my mom get to Australia, I would be forever grateful (and I know my mom would be too)!  We only have $4000 left to raise out of $10,000 so we are well on our way.  No amount is too small!
