On Monday, 17th November, 8 of our year 6 pupils, headed up by our dedicated Head and Deputy head farmers, will embark on a sponsored walk from Newlyn back to school. This event is not just a walk; it is a heartfelt journey aimed at raising vital funds for our beloved school farm.

We are excited to share that the funds raised will play a crucial role in enhancing our farm facilities. Specifically, we aim to reintroduce pigs to our school, upgrade animal houses to ensure they are more comfortable and easier to maintain and clean, install auto fill water troughs in the two remaining pens, and improve our hay store to keep the hay dry and fresh. These upgrades will not only benefit the animals and day to day running of the farm, but also support to enrich the educational experience for all students involved in caring for them.

We kindly ask for your support in helping us reach our target of £500. Your generous contributions will make a significant difference in creating a nurturing environment for our animals and providing invaluable learning opportunities for our students. Together, we can cultivate a thriving school farm that inspires future generations.
