It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Lucy Lianne Simpson, cherished wife, mum, stepmum, sister, daughter, granddaughter, auntie, niece, cousin, and friend.

In November 2024, Lucy and her family's world was turned upside down when she was unexpectedly diagnosed with advanced bowel cancer. Despite receiving exceptional care from the dedicated oncology and clinical trials team at University Hospital Coventry & Warwickshire, Lucy passed away on 11th August 2025, surrounded by her loved ones, at the age of 40.

In memory of our Lucy, and in honour of her almost limitless positivity, strength, and kindness, we kindly ask for donations to Bowel Cancer UK.
