I wanted to do something special for my birthday this year and help to raise just £100 for my local cat charity, Stray Cat Rescue, and any donation will help make an impact.

We adopted two boys from SCR in 2024, and I wanted to give something back to this amazing charity that makes such a difference to the lives of our local cats. They also took a stray cat that we found over 15 years ago and could not keep with our cats, as he preferred to be a solo boy. He was adopted into a loving family and I will be forever grateful.

More information about Stray Cat Rescue: Stray cats have often had a very difficult life. They have to survive hunger, harsh weather, preganancy, disease and injury. Abandoned cats have their whole world turned upside down when they go from a loving home to a shelter. SCR rescues, rehabilitates and rehomes these cats. They have a policy to ensure that no cat in our care is put to sleep except in extreme cases of illness or injury, with veterinary advice.
