We need your help!
Pictured is the baby llama we are trying to get
for Lucy Llama here at Harmony Lane.
As some of you may know we lost Ricky our
Llama a while back, it was sudden, he was
born with a heart defect, and it devastated us.
Lucy has not been the same since, and we feel she needs a friend. After some research we
found that llamas can spit if they don’t have a buddy, and here lately Lucy has been known to spit (we call it sneezing, ha, ha) she did not do
that when she had Ricky.
Due to the financial loss we have endured
from Covid 19 I am finding it extremely hard
to have enough money to purchase a llama.
llama‘s are quite popular now, “the fad” and
thus the price has really gone up.
A llama under the age of one is called a “Cria”
I have found a beautiful Cria and was
interested if anyone would like to donate to
help bring this beautiful girl to Harmony Lane farm.
Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
Our goal is to reach $1200, but if we go over
that goal the money will be put towards
expenses for the farm to keep us in motion
through the winter, so we are here for you
come the spring/summer.
She would be ready to come home around
December or January (her birthday is 9-8-20)and we could have a Cria welcoming party
here at the farm, and help with choosing her
name.
Lucy the llama and myself thank you in
advance for any donation you feel you can
contribute. Our goal here on the farm as
always been to have a variety of animals for
you to interact with and love on, in a clean and safe environment.
Everyone who donates will get their name
dropped into a milk jug, after we reach our
goal I’ll draw one name and send the winner a beautiful soap and lotion basket stuffed full of goodies.
Blessings from the farm,
Julie, Lucy the llama, & all the animals.
