I've had so many people reach out and ask how they can help. I believe this is one way.

My name is Kacey and I have been Betsy's best friend for almost our entire lives - yes, that's a long time :)

As many of you know, on June 25th, Betsy's world was rocked when she received the news that there had been a car accident involving her parents and two young girls. Unfortunately, her mom Cheryl, passed away in the accident. Ellie was Med-Flighted to the American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI with a skull fracture, multiple fractures in her left arm, and some trauma to her mouth. Lucy was transported by ambulance to AFCH with a fracture in her right arm. As you can imagine, both girls were also pretty bruised and banged up. But good news - both girls are doing great and Ellie is a true rockstar - miracles really do happen!

Betsy has been a rock for her girls, focusing on getting them healthy and through this traumatic accident. She hasn't even had time to begin grieving the loss of her mother.

I'm asking for donations to help with the girls' ongoing care, and to help cover any non-covered medical and travel expenses that may arise in the near future. This fundraiser will also help cover any time Betsy may need to take off, whether for her own mental health, or the girls'.
