On Sunday, May 16th, Luc Mire was diagnosed with B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and is being treated at Scottish Rite-Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He will undergo 10 months of chemotherapy, followed by several years of less intense treatment.
Luc, an avid baseball player, attends Lassiter High School in Marietta, GA and will turn 16 on May 24th. He is a loving son and brother and has brought nothing but happiness to this world. Luc is STRONG (and strong-willed!) and there is no doubt that he will fight his way through this!
The Mire family could use your prayers and any support that you may be able to provide. As some of you know, Jennifer (Luc's mom) battled breast cancer this time last year. All funds raised will go towards medical bills and other expenses incurred during this difficult time.
