My name is Thuy Duong, and I’m reaching out to share the story of my beloved cat, Lucky. Recently, Lucky suffered a tragic accident and fell from our balcony ( 5th floor to Ground floor), resulting in a fractured jaw and hard palate. This has been an incredibly difficult time for both of us, as Lucky is not just a pet; she’s a cherished member of our family.

The veterinary team has recommended complex orthopedic surgery to repair her jaw, which will involve placing an external fixator and conducting a CT scan to assess the full extent of her injuries. The total cost for her surgery and necessary follow-up care is approximately $10,000, a sum that feels overwhelming but is essential for giving Lucky a chance at a pain-free life.

Lucky has brought so much joy and companionship into my life. She is playful, loving, and has an incredible spirit. Without this surgery, her fractures are unlikely to heal properly, leading to long-term pain and suffering.
