Lucky needs urgent heart surgery

My dog, Lucky, has congestive heart failure at stage C. There are only four stages, up until stage D. He's been diagnosed with this disease since March 2021 and he's currently on seven different types of medications. He's been a strong fighter, but his life expectancy is only 1-2 years, even with his medications. Since his diagnosis, he's been to the ER several times for congestive heart failure, each being a death scare. And every day, he coughs from the pressures of his heart and/or fluid buildup in his lungs. Since he's been diagnosed with congestive heart failure, we can no longer let him run. Even his running or barking can trigger his heart. It's heartbreaking to prevent him from running because he loves to run, play, and go on adventures. Our most recent visit to the cardiologist (10/12/22) revealed that his heart had expanded so much that you could see it pulsing from the left side of his body. The cardiologist told us that it might expand to the point where there's just no more room for him to breathe, which could lead to sudden death.
The cardiologist said the only cure for all these deadly heart problems he's having is a heart valve surgery where they insert a clamp to connect the two mitral valve leaflets together. This surgery alone is estimated to be $15,000.
I'm completely devastated and it breaks my heart that he's going through this everyday. His time is almost up if we don't get the surgery. With this surgery, he can extend his life by years and be able to do all the things he loves - socialize with other dogs, run around and jump, and go on adventures. I cannot afford the surgery on my own. My family has been helping me pay the ER bills, but they can no longer help me anymore due to their own medical bills and being laid off.
Lucky has been my emotional support and my baby. My family, my dog Lucky, and I will be forever grateful for any financial assistance you can provide. Lucky is family to all of us and the sweetest dog we have ever known. He's honestly been our lucky charm.
