Lucky Dog help please

Hi my name is Barbara and the reason why we're asking for to help with the Go fund me we had a stray dog come to our front yard yesterday where my husband and my son was working the dog lay down in our rose bushes and couldn't move the next thing you know he looked up my husband and my husband knew that he said can you please help me apparently he had been hit by a car he's been a stray for a while I guess but we need help because his leg was broken into three different places he has to have three different surgeries he's only 2 years old he's a German shepherd and I'm posting the pictures as it stands we really don't know how long or how much it's going to take to be able to fix him but we named him lucky because he was lucky that he came to us so we're asking for your help. We live in the Riverside area we took him to the emergency hospital we had to come up with $15,000 just in the beginning for them to be able to do the first surgery and he has two other surgeries more to go so that's why we're asking anybody if they could please help us thank you
