My name is Lucia, or just Luci to my friends. I am a trans woman from the UK and I am super scared right now!

In February I was outed by the transphobic freaks, and I am being stalked by them. Knowing that random people were sharing information about me was really scary, and I haven't felt safe for a few months. Then this happened!

I can't believe it has come to this, but with the UK government and institutions rolling back equalities protections, and actively violating the European Convention of Human Rights to target trans women specifically. I no longer feel safe in the UK! It is time to leave!

I feel like trans women are being used as a wedge to justify the undermining of Scottish Devolution, and to set things up for the UK to withdraw from the ECHR!

I have decided to move to Berlin because I feel it will be safer and have more opportunities for me. To do that I am applying for a Chancenkarte visa to allow me to work and study to improve my German for a year while I seek permanent employment.
