On the early hours of Saturday morning on the 20th december, our family suffered the heartbreaking loss of our beautiful young sister, Lucille. She was deeply loved, and her absence has left a pain that words can hardly describe.
Lucille was kind, sensitive, and full of warmth, but she also faced significant challenges. She struggled with addiction and her mental health for some time, and although she fought bravely, those struggles ultimately took a heavy toll. We want to remember her not for her difficulties, but for who she truly was — a daughter, a sister, an auntie, a niece, a cousin and a friend, and someone who deserved peace and understanding.
As we try to come to terms with our grief, we are also facing the unexpected financial burden of laying Lucille to rest. We are hoping to raise £3,500 to help cover funeral and memorial costs, so we can give her the dignified goodbye she deserves.
Any contribution, no matter how small, would mean the world to our family during this incredibly difficult time. If you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this page or keeping Lucille in your thoughts is more than enough.
Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support. We hope Lucille can be remembered with love, empathy, and understanding.
