31st May update from Lucie:

Really can’t believe the love and generosity off everyone I don’t know how my future looks but I’m going to make the most of it and treasure it love you all

Lucie is a bright, funny, charismatic and caring mother, daughter, wife, aunty and friend to so many people. Lucie is my sisters best friend and I know that her friends and beloved work colleagues would all like to make her life a little easier.

In 2024 Lucie was diagnosed with an aggressive form of bowel cancer. She underwent surgery and several rounds of chemotherapy. The treatment was thought to be successful.

A year later, Lucie's symptoms returned and she was give the sad news, the cancer is in her bowel, stomach and pancreas. This time it's even more heart-breaking as she's been given a terminal diagnosis. Lucie is undergoing immunotherapy treatment. This is life extending treatment however she's currently lost 30% of her vision has muscle damage and is in severe pain. Her treatment has been paused until June for now.

This page has been set up with Lucie's reluctance but she's agreed. We can support her emotionally and raise funds so that she can make memories with her family.
