Lucie was tragically killed in an automobile accident on Friday, June 12th on her way home from work.  She was a loving mother, wife, friend, grandmother and Medical Assistant that took care of many of us that visited Physicians Associates at Health Central Hospital. 

She leaves behind a husband, Bob Evans, children Jeff 42, Jessica 40, Korina 32, Rob 34 retired Sergeant with US Army, Yvette 29, Tiffani 26, Sarah19, Jolien 12, Broden 10, and granddaughter Selena 15.

Because this is a criminal investigation it will take months before the family will receive life insurance benefits.  This fund is being set up to help them sustain until everything is resolved.
