Luciano Belli and his family

My name is Mila Catapano I have two beautiful sons Vincenzo 2yo and Luciano 10months.

Vincenzo is our crazy little man and Luciano is our little smiley sweetie-pie.

Recently their dad Joe Belli and I took Luciano into the ER due to strange symptoms occurring, the vacaville ER transported Luciano to the children's hospital in Oakland and there they told us that our sons heart was failing.

the doctors there advised he be very quickly transported to the CICU at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital by Helicopter. Since Luciano being admitted into the CICU i have not left his side praying and praying for the best possible outcome which is for his heart to recover and not need a heart transplant.

We are still unaware of what has caused his heart to start failing. the wonderful team here in the CICU is working hard to help our baby boy stay comfortable and hopefully help lead him to recovery.

His recovery is going to be a long battle, and we know he is so strong. We are taking this battle day by day.

We are uncertain of the magnitude of medical bills we will receive for his care. for now we are hoping to receive donations to help offset medical bills, relieve stress of bills and funds for living due to us not being able to have multiple incomes at this time, as we are caring for our baby never leaving him alone in the CICU.
