Luciano Alcantar

Hi my name is Getzabett Benito and I am helping set up this go fund me to help with the funeral & memorial expenses for Luciano Alcantar. I would like to offer my condolences to the Alcantar family as they deal with the loss of someone Extraordinary and full of laughter. My uncle was and forever will be remembered as the funniest person to walk this earth. He was the wise person we all took advice from. The person we would go to when we were down. For the past five months my Uncle was in and out of hospitals. He was suffering from heart failure and for the last two weeks he was placed on in home hospice. His pregnant daughter had taken time from work, as well as her husband to help care for my uncle. Hospital visits, drs appointments, and home care. He was in pain but he kept his spirits high. He believed that what ever he put into this world he would get back. So he gave out nothing but love and laughter! And that’s what he always got back in abundance. We are all devastated by the loss to the Alcantar family and we want to give my uncle Luciano the memorial he deserves and to honor his memory and support his wife, children, and grandchildren through this hardship.

We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of my uncle’s memorial and expenses that his family are facing during this hard time.

Hola, mi nombre es Getzabett Benito y estoy ayudando a configurar este fondo para ayudar con los gastos del funeral y la memoria de Luciano Alcantar. Me gustaría ofrecer mi más sentido pésame a la familia Alcantar mientras enfrentan la pérdida de alguien extraordinario y lleno de risas. Mi tío fue y siempre será recordado como la persona más divertida que ha caminado sobre esta tierra. Era la persona sabia de la que todos recibíamos consejos. La persona a la que acudiríamos cuando estuviéramos deprimidos. Durante los últimos cinco meses mi tío estuvo entrando y saliendo de hospitales. Sufría de insuficiencia cardíaca y durante las últimas dos semanas estuvo internado en un hospicio domiciliario. Su hija embarazada se había tomado un tiempo libre del trabajo, al igual que su esposo, para ayudar a cuidar a mi tío. Visitas al hospital, citas con el médico y atención domiciliaria. Estaba sufriendo pero mantuvo el ánimo en alto. Creía que todo lo que pusiera en este mundo lo recuperaría. ¡Así que no repartió nada más que amor y risas! Y eso es lo que siempre recuperaba en abundancia. Todos estamos devastados por la pérdida de la familia Alcantar y queremos darle a mi tío Luciano el homenaje que se merece y honrar su memoria y apoyar a su esposa, hijos y nietos en esta dificultad.

Actualmente estamos solicitando donaciones para ayudar a cubrir el costo del funeral de mi tío y los gastos que enfrenta su familia durante este momento difícil.
