Everesting for Mental Health – In Aid of Futures In Mind

This August 16th , I'll be taking on a gruelling Everest Challenge on Ticknock Mountain — riding my mountain bike continuously, climbing the same hill over and over until I’ve reached the height of Mount Everest: 8,848 metres of elevation gain. It’s an endurance test that could take up to 24 hours, depending on conditions and sheer willpower.
