Lucas's Unexpected Passing: Your Help Needed

Hello, my name is Karen and I am asking on behalf of my Uncle Rick & family for anyone who can help with the cost of his 8 year old sons funeral.This is Lucas he was loved by so many and unexpectedly taken from all of us way too soon. This isn't something our family does but in no way am I ashamed for asking for help I've seen communities come together for so many things and I'm hopeful that the same will happen for my uncle. Lucas sadly passed away on Christmas Eve and instead of his family getting the joy of watching him open gifts they had to start writing an obituary. Lucas is missed dearly by all of us and you're just not supposed to bury your children..... Lucas was the light in every room he loved everyone and would show that by repeatedly saying their name and just wanting you to be close. Hearing Knockin' on Heavens door will never be the same as he used to belt that song out along side my uncle they sang together often! I am thankful we got to spend Thanksgiving together this year he had us all cracking up every chance he got even when he didnt intend to. Lucas fell very ill and passed away suddenly in his sleep. It's not what any parent would have expected to happen when just laying your child down for a nap and then for them to no longer be with us.

I know this is last minute and asking alot however this was a complete and utter shock to our family and my uncle needs to have the full amount By *Tuesday January 2nd 2025 in order for this to take place. Funeral costs are expensive and this is already a difficult time let alone completely unexpected so for anyone who can help my uncle and Lucas's mother lay their sweet boy to rest is appreciated I am just trying to help take some of the stress off of them during this difficult time. Currently they are not able to afford the whole cost of the funeral so i am hoping we can come together as a community and give Lucas the proper send off he deserves any little bit helps or even just simply sharing to get this spread as far and wide as possible. Our family would truly appreciate any help possible.
